PedigreeChartMaker is a free, browser-based pedigree chart editor provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Your data
Projects you create are stored in your browser and belong to you. We do not store, transmit, or inspect your project data. You are responsible for keeping backups by exporting project files.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to upload, share, or transmit anything unlawful, or to attempt to disrupt the service. The tool is for lawful pedigree and genealogy purposes.
Not medical advice
Charts produced by the tool are informational. PedigreeChartMaker is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or genetic counseling. Always consult a qualified professional for medical decisions.
Intellectual property
The software and site content are provided for your use. You may export and reuse charts you create for any lawful purpose. The "PedigreeChartMaker" name and branding remain ours.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Changes
We may update this agreement and the service over time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
